We know that not everyone can enjoy each and every delicious item on our menu due to diet restrictions and allergies. LuLu’s understands and respects this, which is why we have developed our specialty Allergy Menu, in hopes of providing stress-free alternatives for those who need them. Our Allergy Menus include: Gluten-free, Egg-free, Seafood-free, Shellfish-free, Dairy-free, and Soy-free.

So, how does it work? First, tell your server you have an allergy and need our special Allergy Menu. Once you inform your server of this and are ready to order, one of our managers will personally take your order on a special red “allergy ticket.” This ticket is then hand-delivered to the kitchen staff to be properly made in accordance with your particular needs. Once the order is completed, the very same manager is called back into the kitchen to pick-up and hand-deliver the meal to you. This individual and focused attention ensures that your order will never get lost or confused in our high-volume kitchen. All of our managers have been specially trained to deal with your allergy needs and can answer any additional questions you may have about this service. Pretty cool, right?

Our dedication to your health doesn’t stop there. When we add new things to the menu or change the brand of a specific food product we use, Dylan Feenker, our Kitchen Manager, personally checks each and every ingredient to ensure it is still safe for our customers with allergies. Each week, one of our Kitchen Supervisors will analyze the Allergy Menu data—so we can keep track of what you all are ordering.
